Sour Cream Chicken Enchilada Casserole

Ingredients
* 4 cups chicken, cooked and shredded
* Β½ cup sour cream
* 1 can cream of chicken condensed soup
* Β½ cup milk
* 1 can chop green chilis
* 2 cups Mexican Fiesta blend shredded cheese
* 1 tsp garlic powder
* 2 tsp onion powder
* Salt and pepper to taste
* 12 corn tortillas
Instructions
FIRST STEP:
Preheat the oven to 350*
Spray the bottom of a 9 x 13 baking dish with nonstick spray
SECOND STEP:
Layer 6 tortillas at the bottom of the baking dish
In a mixing bowl, combine the following: soup mix, milk, sour cream, canned green chilis, salt and pepper, garlic and onion powder
THIRD STEP:
Take half of the shredded chicken and place evenly over the layer of tortillas
Scoop half of the liquid mixture over the chicken
FOURTH STEP:
Sprinkle half o the shredded cheese over the top
Repeat steps 2 through 6
FIFTH STEP:
Bake for 40 minutes and let rest on the counter for when done baking
Garnish with chopped green onions
