I don’t have the after picture, but this was AMAZING! Saw this on Tiktok but can’t find the original person.
Chop some potatoes and steak. Throw in some mini corn on the cobs. I seasoned the steak with Dales (the low sodium version). Make a bowl out of aluminum foil and add everthing in. Add some melted butter over everything, then some Cajun seasoning to the potatoes and corn. Wrap the tinfoil closed.
Put in the oven at 425 for about 45-55 minutes depending on how done you like your steak!

  • 4-5 medium-sized potatoes, chopped
  • 8-10 mini corn on the cobs, halved
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
