What’s for dinner tonight? I made cheesy chicken Alfredo
Update: Thank y’all for all of the love so I will post the recipe to make it easier. I use generic brand of everything honestly, usually Walmart brand and I apologize if this isn’t perfect.
-Boil a pot with water and cook noodles until they are tender. Once they finish mix in 1/2 block of velveeta cheese. You will probably have to cut it in smaller squares so it melts easy and stir occasionally. Once it is done add tomatoes, Alfredo sauce, salt, pepper, and onion powder.
-Boil a pot with water and cook broccoli. Once it is done drain excess water and sit to the side.
-Dice up your chicken. In a skillet on the stove cook chicken (or however you would like to cook it). I seasoned mine with salt, pepper, season salt, garlic powder. Once it is done mix it with the pot of noodles
-Now your noodles and chicken are mixed together pour it all in a baking pan and pour the broccoli on top then mix mix mix.
*I only did it this way because I ran out of room in the noodle pot*
-Once it is all mixed together get your Colby Jack cheese and sprinkle on top until it’s fully covered.
-Bake in over 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is fully melted and dinner is served
Ingredients:
