Corn Dog Casserole”


Ingredients:
2 bags of little smokies (I use the beef ones)
1 small onion (chopped)
1 can of baked beans (I get the bigger can of Bush beans)
1 cup BBQ sauce
1 box of Jiffy corn bread muffin mix


Directions:
Mix all ingredients, minus the jiffy, in a pan and heat up on the stove top. Bring to a low boil. Then transfer to an oven safe dish. Mix up Jiffy as directed on the box, and pour over.
Bake at 400 for 20 minutes, and it’s done
