Baked Brown Sugar Pork Chops.
I bought a pack of the breakfast pork chops for around $5. I like these because they are thinner (not a big fan of fat pork chops) and cook pretty quick. You can definitely make these with thicker pork chops or bone in and just increase the cooking time!
•Drizzle pork chops with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
•Mix 2 cloves minced garlic, 1 tbsp yellow mustard, 2 tbsp brown sugar, 1 tsp of paprika, and a tbsp of fresh parsley or about a tsp of dried parsley together in a bowl.
• Coat chops with seasoning mixture. Dot with butter and bake for about 15-20 min at 425.
I served with deluxe mashed potatoes and garlicky lemon green beans. I love baking chops for more hands free time and easier clean up
