Taco lasagna
*Cook up 1 pound of ground beef and season to your liking. I used garlic powder, some chopped onion and Slap Ya Mama. Then add taco seasoning.
* Combine a can of fiesta nacho cheese soup, a can of rotel and 2 spoonfuls of sour cream in a big bowl. Add in cooked hamburger.
*Lay down 2 big burrito sized flour tortillas, add about 1/3rd of the beef mixture on top and continue layering until you’ve used it all. Usually comes out to 3 layers. Top with 2 more tortillas and cover with shredded cheese.
*Cook uncovered on 350 for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Such a yummy easy dinner. I usually make some cheesy Mexican rice to go with it
