*Cook up 1 pound of ground beef and season to your liking. I used garlic powder, some chopped onion and Slap Ya Mama. Then add taco seasoning.
* Combine a can of fiesta nacho cheese soup, a can of rotel and 2 spoonfuls of sour cream in a big bowl. Add in cooked hamburger.
*Lay down 2 big burrito sized flour tortillas, add about 1/3rd of the beef mixture on top and continue layering until you’ve used it all. Usually comes out to 3 layers. Top with 2 more tortillas and cover with shredded cheese.
*Cook uncovered on 350 for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Such a yummy easy dinner. I usually make some cheesy Mexican rice to go with it

    • In a large mixing bowl, combine the fiesta nacho cheese soup, Rotel, and sour cream. Mix until well combined.
    • Add the cooked and seasoned ground beef to the bowl, stirring to incorporate the meat into the cheesy mixture.

    • Preheat the oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).
    • Lay down two burrito-sized flour tortillas in the bottom of a baking dish.
    • Spoon about one-third of the beef and cheese mixture onto the tortillas, spreading it evenly.
    • Repeat the layering process, using two more tortillas and the remaining beef mixture, until you have three layers.
    • Top the lasagna with two more tortillas.
