👉 HamburgerRiceDelight

So since I had to throw dinner together…again… 🤣 I took someone’s recipe and tried/tweaked it… It’s an INSTANT hit in our house so I wanted to share! This is for my family of 5.
2lbs hamburger 🍔
2 boxes chicken rice-a-roni 🍚
1 can of cream style corn 🌽(would have been good with 2 cans).
*I seasoned the hamburger with Lawry’s seasoned salt, onion powder, garlic powder, minced onion and pepper. (would be amazing with some Slap ya mama, but the hubs has a sensitivity to heat 🤦‍♀️)
❌I wouldn’t use garlic salt or onion salt since there’s so much in the seasoned salt and rice already.❌
Cook the Rice-a-roni as directed. Brown down your hamburger after seasoning. Add your can of cream corn to the hamburger and mix, then add all to the rice once it’s done!
My 10yo said I now have to make this EVERY WEEK 🤷‍♀️🤣and my 2yo said it’s “SHOOW GOOD” it’s pretty delicious and was soooo easy!

Creamy Hamburger Rice Delight

  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 2 boxes chicken Rice-a-Roni
  • 1 can cream-style corn (consider using 2 cans for extra creaminess)
  • Lawry’s seasoned salt
  • Onion powder
  • Garlic powder
  • Minced onion
  • Black pepper
  • Optional: Slap Ya Mama seasoning (adjust according to spice preference)
  • Olive oil (for browning the beef)

  1. Prepare Rice-a-Roni:
    • Follow the instructions on the Rice-a-Roni boxes to cook the rice. Set aside once done.
  2. Season and Brown the Hamburger:
    • In a large skillet, heat a bit of olive oil over medium heat.
    • Season the ground beef with Lawry’s seasoned salt, onion powder, garlic powder, minced onion, and black pepper. Adjust the amount according to your taste preferences.
    • Brown the seasoned ground beef in the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula as it cooks. Ensure it’s fully cooked and nicely browned.
  3. Add Cream-Style Corn:
    • Once the hamburger is browned, add the can of cream-style corn to the skillet. Mix well, allowing the flavors to meld and the corn to heat through.
  4. Combine with Rice-a-Roni:
    • Transfer the cooked Rice-a-Roni to the skillet with the seasoned beef and cream-style corn. Gently fold everything together until well combined.
  5. Serve and Enjoy:
    • Dish out generous portions onto plates and serve immediately.
    • Optional: Sprinkle with additional black pepper or Slap Ya Mama seasoning for extra kick (adjust based on spice sensitivity).
  6. Feedback and Customization:
    • Take note of any feedback from your family and adjust seasoning or ingredients accordingly.
    • Feel free to experiment with variations, such as adding diced vegetables or topping with shredded cheese.
