imma just post the recipe for the cinnamon roll casserole i made because it was absolutely delicious!
You’ll need 2 packs of cinnamon rolls
1/3 cup of milk
2 tbsp vanilla extract
and maple syrup!
half a stick of butter
cut your cinnamon rolls into quarters and lay them on the bottom of the crockpot. mix together the milk, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and add as much maple syrup as you’d like. pour it into the crockpot making sure the bottom is covered. add some extra syrup on top and some cinnamon. save the icing in the fridge until later. slice the butter thin and layer on top.
cook on low for 2-2 1/2 hours.
open it and pour the icing evenly over the casserole. turn off and let sit for 5 minutes. bon appetit!
