Baked Dill Pickle Cheesy Bites

  • 12 slices of dill pickles (preferably from ALDI)
  • 1/2 cup Ranch dressing (from ALDI or homemade)
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese (from ALDI)
  • Non-stick cooking spray


  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a 12-cup non-stick cupcake pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Place 1 tablespoon of shredded cheddar cheese into the bottom of each muffin cup.
  3. Lay one slice of dill pickle on top of the cheese in each muffin cup.
  4. Spoon approximately 1/2 teaspoon of Ranch dressing over each pickle slice.
  5. Sprinkle another tablespoon of shredded cheddar cheese on top of the Ranch dressing in each muffin cup, covering the pickles completely.
  6. Bake the cheesy pickle bites in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove the pan from the oven and allow the cheesy bites to cool for a few minutes.
  8. Carefully remove the baked dill pickle cheesy bites from the muffin pan using a spoon or spatula.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy your delicious ALDI treat!
