Rotisserie Chicken Biscuit Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 rotisserie chicken, cut into pieces ($2.50)
  • 1 can of flaky biscuits (Kroger brand or similar), each cut into 4 pieces ($1.69)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese ($1.20)
  • 1 bag of mixed vegetables (Walmart brand or similar) ($1.00)
  • 1 large can cream of chicken soup ($1.75)
  • Nature seasoning, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the pieces of rotisserie chicken, cut-up biscuits, shredded cheese, mixed vegetables, and cream of chicken soup. Season with Nature seasoning according to your taste preference.
  3. Mix all the ingredients together until they are evenly distributed.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a large baking pan, spreading it out evenly.
  5. Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for 45-60 minutes. Halfway through the baking time, give the casserole a stir to ensure the biscuits are getting cooked evenly.
  6. Once the biscuits are golden brown and the casserole is bubbling, remove it from the oven.
