sloppyjoes

Whoever shared the idea to do sloppy joes on top of garlic toast…..THANK YOU!
There are 16 servings here, and each serving was roughly $.46 each, totaling $7.37 and they were absolutely phenomenal and took less than 30 minutes from start to finish!
Edited to add: I did not count the ground beef because I already had several pounds in the freezer, but just using two 1lb rolls like I did, the cost per serving is still about $1.02 each.
Recipe:
2lbs ground beef
2 boxes frozen Texas toast (any kind you like!)
2 cans sloppy joe sauce (I used thick and chunky!)
2 cups shredded cheddar
*Cook ground beef and drain, add sloppy joe sauce
*Bake Texas toast according to box directions, flip them half way through and top with sloppy joe mix and shredded cheese – bake another 4-5 minutes – Enjoy!
