Taco Mac and cheese bowl:
1 box Shells w/cheese 0.34 cents
1/3 pound of ground beef $1.50
Taco seasoning $1 (for whole pound)
1/3 can of Rotel (or just tomatoes) 0.35
1/3 can of black beans (rinse & drain)0.25
1/4 block of sharp cheddar 0.75
Scallion free (grown in my window)
Mix ingredients with cooked Mac n cheese then bake at 375 for 10 min
This one was a complete hit and it makes 4 meals easily
