Mcdonalds Breakfast Burrito Copycat
Sausage
Eggs (I use 7)
Half can of Rotel.
Shredded cheese to taste (tiktok said shredding your own freezes better)
Tortillas
The 1lb roll of sausage and 7 eggs made about 12 or 13 burritos but that will be based on which size you get. We freeze them and microwave them for a minute or two then you can even air fry to make crispy.
We added hashbrowns. I am making a batch now without the Rotel and adding sausage gravy.
