Got this recipe from here a few weeks ago, just wanted to share how amazing it was and a thank you to whoever shared this
2 chicken breast
1 can of Rotel (not drained)
1 can of corn (not drained)
1 can of black beans (drained)
1 packet of ranch seasoning
1 packet of taco seasoning
1 block of cream cheese
Cook on high for 4 hours, take chicken out at 3 hours and shred. Then return to cockpot for atleast another 30 minutes or more depending on how done chicken is when shredding!
