Another easy one-pot meal and one of my favorite comfort foods Swedish meatballs
Wide egg noodles
Cream of mushroom soup
Brown gravy packet
Brown meatballs in light oil or butter. I cut my meatballs in half because I prefer small pieces. Once browned, add beef broth, brown gravy packet, and cream of mushroom. Bring to a boil. Add egg noodles. Reduce heat to medium-low and cover. Stir frequently. When noodles are cooked and the liquid has thickened up remove from heat. Stir in sour cream and a few splashes of Worcestershire before serving.
