Creamy Parmesan Hamburger Noodles


  • 1 lb ground hamburger
  • 1 pack of egg noodles (e.g., Amish Noodles)
  • 1 stick of butter
  • Parmesan cheese (grated), for both the sauce and topping
  • 1 onion, diced
  • Garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste
  • 1 to 1.5 cups milk (adjust as needed)


  1. Prepare Hamburger Mixture:
    • In a large skillet, brown the ground hamburger with diced onions over medium heat.
    • Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste.
  2. Cook Noodles:
