Baked Dill Pickle Cheesy Bites

Ingredients:

  • 12 slices of dill pickles (preferably from ALDI)
  • 1/2 cup Ranch dressing (from ALDI or homemade)
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese (from ALDI)
  • Non-stick cooking spray

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C). Lightly grease a 12-cup non-stick cupcake pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Place 1 tablespoon of shredded cheddar cheese into the bottom of each muffin cup.
  3. Lay one slice of dill pickle on top of the cheese in each muffin cup.
  4. Spoon approximately 1/2 teaspoon of Ranch dressing over each pickle slice.
  5. Sprinkle another tablespoon of shredded cheddar cheese on top of the Ranch dressing in each muffin cup, covering the pickles completely.
