Baked Dill Pickle Cheesy Bites

Ingredients:
- 12 slices of dill pickles (preferably from ALDI)
- 1/2 cup Ranch dressing (from ALDI or homemade)
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese (from ALDI)
- Non-stick cooking spray
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a 12-cup non-stick cupcake pan with non-stick cooking spray.
- Place 1 tablespoon of shredded cheddar cheese into the bottom of each muffin cup.
- Lay one slice of dill pickle on top of the cheese in each muffin cup.
- Spoon approximately 1/2 teaspoon of Ranch dressing over each pickle slice.
- Sprinkle another tablespoon of shredded cheddar cheese on top of the Ranch dressing in each muffin cup, covering the pickles completely.
- Bake the cheesy pickle bites in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove the pan from the oven and allow the cheesy bites to cool for a few minutes.
- Carefully remove the baked dill pickle cheesy bites from the muffin pan using a spoon or spatula.
