๐Ÿ‘‰ Shakera

From Shakera
I’ve never heard one thing called so many different names…ย ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜†ย So… What do you call this?
Butter both sides of the bread. I use either a cookie cutter or a small glass to make a hole in the middle, heat the pan up and put the bread in the pan then crack the egg in the middle of the bread… Cook until the bread gets crispy then flip, cook however you like your egg done.๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿณย some people add cheese on top ect. I like mine with a little Syrup

Optional Cheese:

If you’d like, sprinkle your favorite cheese on top of the eggs.
Cover the pan with a lid for a minute to allow the cheese to melt.

Carefully flip each bread slice with the egg.
Cook on the other side until the bread is crispy and the egg is cooked to your liking.
