Last night I made Sloppy Joe Tater Tot casserole. It’s one of our fave dishes and so easy!
1lb ground beef
1 can Manwich sloppy joe sauce
Small bag tater tots (we keep a 5lb bag always but I think you can get a 1lb bag)
Finely shredded cheese
I just cooked up some ground beef, drained and then mixed in 1 can of manwich. Pour into an 8×8 dish (or bigger if you use more meat. I used 1lb), top with tater tots and bake until tots are brown and crispy at 425° or whatever temp the tots you buy calls for. Add some cheese on top and pop it back in the oven until the cheese is melted
