The perfect summer dessert!
Fruit Pizza
One roll sugar cookie dough
One block cream cheese
One tub cool whip
A dash of vanilla extract
Half a cup powdered sugar
Fruit of your choice
Flatten your cookie dough into a big crust and bake at 350 for about 15 mins. Let it cool completely. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth. Then add coolwhip and mix until combined. Once crust is cool, top with the coolwhip mixture and spread evenly. Add any fruit you choose and enjoy! Keep covered in the fridge.
We grew up using sliced grapes, kiwi, banana, strawberry, blueberries and cherries but this is mostly what we had on hand and it’s so good. You can add nuts, caramel drizzle, chocolate chips. It’s so so versatile
