Ingredients:

Dressing:

  • 1 package taco seasoning

Salad:

  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, diced
  • 1 cucumber, diced

  • 1 lime, cut into wedges

Optional:

  • Grilled chicken, sliced or diced
  • Tortilla chips, crushed
  • 1 avocado, diced

Instructions:
