3 better with cheddar sausages sliced
2 packs ready rice
12 oz bag of broccoli, cauliflower, carrots
Oil, seasonings
Prepare rice (2.5 min in microwave)

In a large pan sautee the broccoli and sliced sausage in some oil until the brocoli turns a bright vibrant green.
Mix in rice and stir to combine, once mixed well remove from heat.
I seperated the broccoli from the carrots and cauliflower and steamed them as a side only because my Son asked for that, but would be just as tasty in the main dish.
This dish would also be really good with a cup or two of shredded cheese.
