Ingredients:

  • 1 flour tortilla
  • Olive oil spray
  • 3 tablespoons pizza sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (adjust according to preference)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (or to taste)
  • Optional toppings (if desired)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the Tortilla: Lay the flour tortilla on a clean surface or a plate. Lightly spray both sides with olive oil using the olive oil spray.
  3. Sauce it Up: Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce evenly over the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
  4. Cheese Please: Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce. Adjust the amount of cheese according to your husband’s preference.
  5. Season it Right: Sprinkle the Italian seasoning evenly over the cheese. This will add a burst of flavor to the pizza.
  6. Optional Toppings: If your husband enjoys toppings, feel free to add some extras like sliced olives, mushrooms, or bell peppers.
  7. Into the Air Fryer: Place the prepared pizza in the preheated air fryer basket. Cook for 5-7 minutes or until the edges of the tortilla are crispy, and the cheese is melted and bubbly. Keep an eye on it to avoid overcooking.
  8. Serve and Enjoy: Carefully remove the pizza from the air fryer, slice it into wedges, and serve it hot. Your husband can now enjoy a delicious and budget-friendly cheese pizza.

Feel free to experiment with additional toppings or flavors to suit your husband’s taste. This quick and easy recipe is perfect for a satisfying lunch!
