Beef Cheddar

Tonight’s easy dinner is Beef & Cheddar
Thin deli roast beef
Onion buns
Cheddar cheese sauce
Beef broth or au jus
Butter
I put butter in a hot skillet and roasted the bun first
Then added some beef broth after those were done and put the meat in the juice to warm it up.
