I always make brownies in muffin pans. They are all crispy outside and chewy inside. Then we arent fighting over the corner pieces lol
I used 2 boxes of brownie mix to make 24 cupcake brownies. I add an extra egg. Spray the pans very well with nonstick spray and they’ll pop right out using the tip of a butter knife. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Let cool 5 minutes before removing from pans
