First time in my life making dill oyster crackers. my daughter won’t stay out of them. Says there delicious. It’s just half cup veggie oil, dry dill, half pack of ranch powder, table spoon of garlic, stir and bake at 250 for 10 min. It made a ton

  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon dried dill weed
  • 1/2 packet (about 1 ounce) ranch dressing mix
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 pound oyster crackers

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C).
  2. Prepare the Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the vegetable oil, dried dill weed, ranch dressing mix, and garlic powder. Stir well to ensure that all the ingredients are evenly mixed.
  3. Add the Oyster Crackers: Gently fold in the oyster crackers, making sure to coat them thoroughly with the flavorful mixture. You can use a spatula or your hands for this step.
  4. Marinate: Allow the oyster crackers to marinate in the mixture for about 5-10 minutes. This allows the crackers to absorb the delicious flavors.
  5. Spread on Baking Sheet: Spread the coated oyster crackers evenly on a large baking sheet. Make sure they are in a single layer for even baking.
  6. Bake: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake at 250°F (120°C) for 10-15 minutes. Keep an eye on them to prevent burning, as oven temperatures may vary.
  7. Cool: Once baked, remove the oyster crackers from the oven and allow them to cool completely. They will continue to crisp up as they cool.
  8. Serve or Store: Once cooled, transfer the dill oyster crackers to an airtight container. They can be stored for several days, but they are so delicious that they might not last that long!
  9. Enjoy: Serve these delightful dill oyster crackers as a snack on their own, or pair them with your favorite dips. Enjoy the savory, herby goodness!

These addictive crackers are perfect for parties, movie nights, or just snacking. Your daughter is sure to keep coming back for more!
