Easy and cheap recipe I made last night, if you love ranch this is for you! Chicken Ranch Enchiladas.
-cooked chicken (however much you want)
-tortillas
-1 can of enchilada sauce
-1 cup of cheese
-1/4 cup sour cream
-1/2 cup of ranch
-Heat oven to 350
-cook the chicken
-while cooking the chicken mix together the sour cream, cheese, and ranch
-once chicken is cooked cut into small bites or shred it, mix into bowl with other filling
-divide the filling into the tortillas and roll up
-spoon sauce onto tortillas and then top with cheese
-bake for 12-15 minute
