2 cups cooked chicken, chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
Lettuce leaves for serving
In a large bowl, combine chopped chicken, mayonnaise, celery, and green onions.
Add lemon juice and Dijon mustard to the mixture and stir to combine.
