Earth Day Delight Pudding


  • 2 boxes chocolate fudge pudding mix
  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 family pack of Oreos, crushed (creme scraped off of cookies)
  • 1 tub Philadelphia cheesecake filling
  • Haribo gummy worms


  1. In a large mixing bowl, prepare the chocolate pudding according to the package directions. Since you are using almond milk, use 2 boxes of pudding mix and mix it with 2 cups of unsweetened almond milk. If you prefer regular milk, use only 1 box of pudding mix with 2 cups of regular milk.
  2. Once the pudding has set, add the tub of Philadelphia cheesecake filling to the chocolate pudding. Stir until the cheesecake filling is thoroughly blended with the pudding, creating a deliciously creamy texture.
  3. Crush the Oreos, ensuring the creme is scraped off, and sprinkle the crushed cookies over the pudding mixture. The crushed Oreos will add a rich chocolatey crunch to the pudding.
  4. Gently fold the crushed Oreos into the pudding mixture, making sure they are evenly distributed.
  5. Refrigerate the pudding for at least 2 hours to allow it to set and for the flavors to meld together.
  6. When ready to serve, dish the pudding into individual bowls or glasses.
  7. Top each serving with Haribo gummy worms for a playful and thematic touch. You can arrange the gummy worms to look like they are crawling through the “dirt.”
  8. Serve chilled and enjoy your Earth Day Delight Pudding with a fun and eco-friendly twist!
