My favorite broccoli recipe. I’m picky about my vegetables but this is something I make at least twice a week and there is never leftovers.
Parmesan Roasted Broccoli
Ingredients:
-1lb of broccoli florets(fresh not frozen)
-3 tbsp of olive oil
– salt
-pepper
-garlic powder
-onion powder
– parmesan cheese(you can use the shredded kind but we just use the cheap grated in the bottle)
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F
2. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with non stick spray
3. Mix olive oil and broccoli in a bowl until evenly coated.
4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Season liberally with garlic powder and onion powder. We add lots of both. Taste test as you season so you get an idea of what works best for you.
6. Dump broccoli onto sheet pan in even layer and put in oven.
7. Bake for 18-20mins
8. Sprinkle liberally with parmesan cheese.
You can put the broccoli in for a minute or so more if you want to crisp up the cheese but I normally just serve as is
