Freezer-Ready Breakfast Sandwiches


  • 4 cans of biscuits ($5)
  • 1 pack of cheese ($2)
  • Sausage links ($4.50)
  • 2 cartons of eggs ($3.50)
  • 1 pack of bacon ($5)


1. Prepare the Ingredients:

a. Cook the sausages and bacon according to package instructions. Once cooked, set them aside to cool.

b. Scramble the eggs in a large bowl. Cook them in a pan until they are fully cooked but still moist. Set aside to cool.

c. While the eggs are cooking, bake the biscuits according to the instructions on the can. Allow them to cool completely.

2. Assemble the Sandwiches:

a. Take one biscuit and slice it in half horizontally.

b. Place a slice of cheese on the bottom half of the biscuit.

c. Add a sausage link or a couple of slices of bacon on top of the cheese.

d. Spoon some scrambled eggs over the bacon or sausage.

e. Top with the other half of the biscuit.

f. Repeat until all sandwiches are assembled.

3. Wrap and Store:

a. Individually wrap each sandwich with plastic wrap to maintain freshness.

b. Place two wrapped sandwiches in a zipper-sealed sandwich bag.

c. Repeat until all sandwiches are wrapped and bagged.

d. Store the prepared sandwiches in the freezer.

4. Reheating:

a. When ready to enjoy, remove a sandwich from the freezer and unwrap the plastic.

b. Microwave for 1-1.5 minutes or until warmed through.

c. Let it cool for a moment before serving.
