1 pound breakfast sausage (any kind you like)
1 bag frozen tater tots
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1 heaping cup of cheddar cheese
Seasoning to your liking, I used garlic and onion powder, salt, pepper, and topped at the end with a little oregano
Cook the sausage. While that is cooking mix 8 eggs and the heavy cream together with your seasoning and cheese. Spray a 8×13 pan with nonstick spray and place the sausage in the bottom. Lay your frozen tater tots on top then pour the egg mixture over the top evenly.
Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes depending on how brown you like your cheese!!
