Made rice following instructions on the box.
I cut up chicken breasts and put a little butter in a pan and added the chicken on low-med heat. I seasoned the chicken with chili powder, onion powder, garlic salt, paprika, salt, pepper, and a little Mexican-style chili powder. I added about a tablespoon of water and mixed it all up, stirring until cooked. (I’m sure taco seasoning would work to, I’m just extra!)
Threw the cheese dip in the microwave, and then the tortillas after so they would be warm. Then just threw it all together.
Also, where I live most Mexican restaurants call it Emilia’s Special, or steven’s Special, but we have one restaurant that calls it the floppy bird and it’s my favorite, so don’t come at me for the name!
