Good ole classic “funeral potatoes”
This recipe was:
2 pounds frozen hash browns
1 large can of cream of chicken
1 large tub of sour cream
1.5 bags of sharp cheddar cheese
Diced white onion (optional)
1 stick melted butter
Garlic powder, Tony’s seasoning, dash of salt and pepper.
Cook on 350 if you are baking in the oven for one hour in a greased baking dish, 5-6 hours on low in a greased crockpot
When fully cooked toast corn flakes or ritz crackers with melted butter for a crunchy topping.
