
Ground Beef and Potato Cheesy Skillet

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 lb baby potatoes, diced
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup milk
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Instructions

- In the same skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until fully browned. Break it apart as it cooks. Drain excess grease if needed.
- If using onions or peppers, stir them into the beef and cook for 3 to 4 minutes until softened.
- Return the cooked potatoes to the skillet with the beef.
- Stir in cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, milk, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until fully combined.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 to 7 minutes until the sauce becomes creamy and heated through.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
- Cover the skillet and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
