Simple Salisbury Steak Casserole


  • 2 lbs. Ground chuck
  • 2 Eggs
  • 4 Envelopes Lipton onion soup mix (dry), divided
  • Cooking spray
  • 2 Cups water


  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chuck, eggs, and 2 envelopes of Lipton onion soup mix. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
