  • 3-pound pot roast
  • 1 envelope dry ranch dressing
  • 1 envelope dry Italian dressing
  • 1 envelope brown gravy
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 bag baby carrots
  • 1 bag baby Yukon gold potatoes, halved
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Prepare the Roast:
