I pre cook and freeze breakfast A LOT. My 17 year old son and husband are die hards for breakfast. So, I either use English muffins or hawiaan rolls. I make 6 ham, swiss, and egg,6 sausage, cheddar, and egg. I also make sausage, egg, potato, and cheese burritos. Just cook, pack, and freeze. They last a while – although not here lol. Just a thought for ones who LOVE breakfast, but tired of making it every day.
Pictured here is dippy (sunny side up)egg, cheddar, and bacon on an English muffinΒ .
Take out the night beforehand, thaw in fridge. Cook (wrapped in damp.papertowel) for 1.5 mind,or until there’s no cold spots. Or cook frozen!
I either wrap them in saran wrap and foil or vacuum seal.
