Creamy Broccoli Penne Pasta
Ingredients:
- 1 box of Penne pasta
- 1 can of cheese broccoli soup
- 16 oz of heavy whipping cream
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- A couple handfuls of shredded cheese (your choice)
Instructions:
- Cook the Penne pasta according to the instructions on the box until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a saucepan, combine the cheese broccoli soup and heavy whipping cream. Mix well until smooth.
- Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning to the saucepan. Stir until the seasonings are evenly distributed.
- Place the saucepan over medium heat and bring the mixture to a gentle boil, stirring occasionally. Once it boils, reduce the heat to low.
- Add the cooked Penne pasta to the saucepan and mix until the pasta is evenly coated with the sauce.
- Sprinkle a couple of handfuls of shredded cheese over the pasta and sauce mixture. Stir gently until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.
- Remove from heat and serve hot. Optionally, garnish with additional shredded cheese and Italian seasoning for extra flavor.
