👉 RamenDelight

My kids love spicy ramen. The problem is it’s very expensive. I make my own for about 50 cents a bowl. I just use beef ramen or whatever flavor u like (.35 a pack) and add a spoon of this chili garlic , and a spoon of sour cream. Makes it creamy and spicy. You can add or omit as much as u like. Sometimes I add a boiled egg or veggies, chicken, or days like today just eat like this.

Spicy Ramen Delight

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack of beef ramen noodles (or any flavor of your choice)
  • 1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream
  • Optional toppings: boiled egg, veggies (such as spinach, green onions, mushrooms), cooked chicken or beef slices

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Ramen Noodles:
    • Boil water in a pot and cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Usually, it takes about 3-4 minutes to cook.
  2. Mix in Flavor:
    • Once the noodles are cooked, drain most of the water, leaving just a little to keep the noodles moist.
    • Add the chili garlic sauce to the noodles. Adjust the amount according to your preferred level of spiciness. Stir well to coat the noodles evenly with the sauce.
  3. Add Creaminess:
    • Spoon the sour cream into the pot with the noodles. Stir until the sour cream is fully incorporated, creating a creamy texture.
  4. Optional Toppings:
    • If desired, add any optional toppings such as a boiled egg (sliced in half), cooked veggies, or slices of chicken or beef. These additions can enhance the flavor and nutritional value of your ramen.
  5. Serve and Enjoy:
    • Once everything is mixed well and heated through, transfer the spicy ramen into serving bowls.
    • Garnish with additional toppings if desired.
    • Serve hot and enjoy your homemade spicy ramen delight!
